He will be pleased to review with you the elements of an arbitration schedule, and the resultant timetable.

The life cycle of substantial arbitrations today typically involves 9-15 months from the date the appointment of arbitrators until the hearing is held. Mr. Fowler is generally available for hearings within that timeframe.

Should Mr. Fowler not be available due to prior commitments, including conflicts, he will be pleased to recommend other panelists for your consideration.
